I would like to give Chris and his team 5 stars for their professionalism, courtesy and customer service. Although we were just learning the area, Chris went out of his way to keep in contact before our trip to the Myrtle Beach area, sent us vital information in advance and spent an entire day driving us around showing different communities. His customer service and customer attention is second to none. I was looking for an agent that would take the time to learn my family and he did just that. I do not usually do reviews but felt the need to make the public aware of this great guy. This is the guys if you want to feel special. Thank you Chris.

Professional, Compassionate, and Truly Exceptional I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and caring team than Cris and Alysia. They treated me with the kind of attention and support you’d expect from family. Through the emotional process of losing my Dad and saying goodbye to my childhood home, they were there every step of the way, holding my hand and guiding me with patience and understanding. Their professionalism is unmatched, but what truly sets them apart is their personal touch. They always prioritized my best interests, eased my fears, and helped me see the positives even during the challenging moments. They are an incredible couple who turned what could have been a difficult experience into something manageable and even hopeful. If you’re selling a home, I recommend Cris and Alysia a hundred times over. You will not be disappointed. What can I say about these two? Oh my goodness! They were fabulous from beginning to end! I was moving 1000 miles away, and they listened to everything I was looking for. I recently used Alysia and Cristino as a buyers agent in Long Beach NY and they are the best out there. Hard working and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond.

This review is a bit long and I don't usually write online reviews but it's worth the read if your looking to buy/sell a house and you need some truly great agents to help you along the way.My wife and I first met Alysia and Chris while looking for a new home in St. James. They showed a house that they had listed, we decided that this wasn't what we were looking for but we immediately noticed their energy and excitement while showing us the house. We ended up purchasing a different house directly from the listing agent of that house, at the same time we would also be selling our existing house in St. James that we've lived in for the past 20 years. In between all of this I ran into Alysia and Chris again at the Staples Store in Lake Grove where they were running a fundraiser for the Homes For Heroes program, I told them our situation and they both eagerly wanted a chance to sell our home. Fast forward a few months, we were considering our options of either renting or selling "By Owner" when we decided to call Alysia and Chris have them come to our house to discuss the possibility of listing it. Alysia showed up with the same energy and excitement, after looking at our house she guaranteed she would be able to sell it, we agreed to her listing the house with one condition, she would have to sell it by November 1st (approximately 45 days), after that the house would be taken off the market, rented for 6 months and put back on in the spring. Alysia and Chris sold our house in two (2) days!! They made the sale go as smooth as possible, they were in constant contact with us and the buyers agent from the beginning to the day we closed. Buying and selling a house can be stressful, Alysia and Chris took any stress out of the whole process. We highly recommend Chris and Alysia if your in the market!!Gregg and Lee Popick

Both are great realtors they worked very hard on our part we wanted a new home and the builders only wanted to give me $15,000 up front incentives I called Alysia and right away she called the builder and was able to secure the $20,000 up front incentives with out hesitation they sold my other house and worked with us on a new one great hard working people for Police/firefighters and Military personnel hats off to them both Thank you both again ❤️

I can not say enough good things about Cris & Alysia! With their help we found a great place, for a great price in Myrtle Beach! But more importantly they have became part of our family. Alysia did an AMAZING job helping us find the perfect home for us! She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and extremely patient with us as we changed our minds a few times about our wants/needs. Working with Alysia was a exceptional experience in which she provided great experience and exceptional service. Alysia made home buying and selling seamlessly, she was always accessible which made this process a bit easier.
